LaunchCommand provides tools to compose, manage, and publish launch information via a web hub and a Telegram bot (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
/setgroup in your target group and grant admin rights so the bot can post and update pinned pages.You retain ownership of your content. You grant LaunchCommand a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
We collect and use limited data necessary to operate the Service (e.g., Telegram IDs, group IDs, project content, logs). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Core features are free today. We may introduce premium tiers in the future. Any payments will be handled by third-party processors (e.g., Coinbase Commerce) under their terms. Pricing and features may change; we’ll communicate meaningful changes.
The Service interoperates with Telegram and may integrate with other third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or terms.
You may export your project using Settings → Backup. Keep your exports secure; anyone with the file may access its contents.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to users, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and can remove the bot or delete your project.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. LaunchCommand does not provide financial advice or endorse any token or project. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchCommand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LaunchCommand from claims arising out of your content, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the website or in-product notices. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by generally applicable international principles of fair use and digital service law. In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve matters informally through the LaunchCommand community or direct communication before any formal action.
