Terms of Service

1) Overview

LaunchCommand provides tools to compose, manage, and publish launch information via a web hub and a Telegram bot (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Your responsibilities

• You control where posts are delivered (DM or linked groups) and must ensure the bot has the required admin permissions.
• You are responsible for all content you upload or publish (promos, stickers, pages, links).
• Do not use the Service for spam, scams, market manipulation, unlawful content, or infringement of others’ rights.

3) Telegram bot usage

• Linking & permissions: Run /setgroup in your target group and grant admin rights so the bot can post and update pinned pages.
• Multiple admins: Any Telegram group admin can use commands once the group is linked. You may toggle admin access in Settings → Admin Access.
• Removal: If you remove the bot or its admin rights, it will stop posting immediately. Your project content remains saved in your hub unless you delete it.

4) Content & license

You retain ownership of your content. You grant LaunchCommand a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.

5) Data & privacy

We collect and use limited data necessary to operate the Service (e.g., Telegram IDs, group IDs, project content, logs). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6) Payments & tiers

Core features are free today. We may introduce premium tiers in the future. Any payments will be handled by third-party processors (e.g., Coinbase Commerce) under their terms. Pricing and features may change; we’ll communicate meaningful changes.

7) Third-party services

The Service interoperates with Telegram and may integrate with other third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or terms.

8) Backups & portability

You may export your project using Settings → Backup. Keep your exports secure; anyone with the file may access its contents.

9) Acceptable use

• No automated mass-spamming or evasion of Telegram anti-spam rules.
• No deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content.
• No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to users, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and can remove the bot or delete your project.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. LaunchCommand does not provide financial advice or endorse any token or project. Use at your own risk.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchCommand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

13) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LaunchCommand from claims arising out of your content, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the website or in-product notices. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by generally applicable international principles of fair use and digital service law. In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve matters informally through the LaunchCommand community or direct communication before any formal action.
