Who we are

LaunchCommand operates tools that help projects run a Telegram “mini-site” with promos, stickers, and pages. If you have questions, join the community in our Telegram group: @LaunchCommand.

What we collect

• Telegram identifiers: user ID, username, group/channel IDs where you link the bot.
• Project content: text you add (e.g., promos, FAQs, custom pages), links, and sticker set references.
• Operational logs: basic diagnostics (e.g., command usage, errors) to keep the service reliable.
• Optional: wallet address(es) or social links if you include them in your pages.
• Website: standard web logs (e.g., IP, user agent) and minimal cookies essential for site reliability.

We do not collect passwords or sensitive financial data. Payments (if used in future) are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Coinbase Commerce) and subject to their policies.

How we use data

• To provide core features (link your group, post content, manage pages, backups).
• To secure and maintain the service (prevent abuse, debug issues).
• To communicate important updates (service changes, incidents, policy updates).

Legal bases

Depending on your region, we rely on one or more of: contract (to deliver the service you request), legitimate interests (to keep the service secure and improve it), and consent (where required, e.g., optional communications).

Sharing & processors

We use trusted vendors to host and operate LaunchCommand (e.g., cloud hosting, databases, logging). We also integrate with Telegram and may integrate with payment providers (e.g., Coinbase Commerce). These parties process data on our behalf and are bound by agreements to protect it.

Retention

We keep your project content while your account is active. Backups you create remain until you delete them. Operational logs are retained for a limited period necessary for security and reliability.

Your choices & rights

• Export: Use Settings → Backup to export your project content.
• Delete: Remove pages/assets via Settings or email us to request deletion.
• Access & correction: Contact us to review or update your stored details.
• Opt-out: You can remove the bot from a group at any time; your saved project remains in your hub unless you delete it.

Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the data we process. No method is 100% secure; we continuously improve our protections and limit the data we store.

International transfers

We may process data on servers outside your country. Where required, we use contractual protections and vendor due diligence.

Children

LaunchCommand is not intended for children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). Do not use the service if you are under the applicable age.

Changes

We’ll update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the website or in-product notices.
